Can I book my storage container online?

Yes. We offer a fully automated booking and move-in process — please click here (link). It’s fast, efficient, and simple. Within minutes, you can securely book your storage unit and move in straight away (subject to availability and ID checks). If you need any help with the booking process, please call the office on 01604 532 222. 


Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes, the minimum rental period is just one month. We require one month’s notice prior to terminating your rental agreement, unless you purchase our Move Out Anytime cover for full flexibility.


Will someone be on site to meet me on arrival?

All our storage sites are purpose-built and fully automated, so there’s no need to meet a member of staff. Once you become a customer, you’ll be sent a unique access code, allowing you to start storing straight away. However, if you need assistance to move in, please call 01604 532 222 and we can discuss your requirements.


How close can I get to my container?

One of the biggest advantages of container storage over traditional self-storage facilities is that you can drive right up to the door of your container, making loading and unloading quick and easy.


How do I access my storage container?

After completing your booking, we’ll email you your access code along with full instructions so you can access the site immediately. [Here is a short video that may also help.]


What sizes are your storage containers?

We offer containers measuring 20ft x 8ft and 10ft x 8ft. [Click here] to view our full size guide. At selected sites, we can also store caravans, boats, and vehicles.


Can I have more than one container next to each other?

Yes, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.


How do I lock my container?

We provide a heavy-duty padlock with your rental. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive the keys and can move in hassle-free. You may add an additional padlock if you wish.


Are your containers watertight?

Yes. Our brand-new steel shipping containers are fully watertight, protecting your belongings from the elements. Ventilation panels allow airflow to help keep your items dry and secure.


What security measures are in place?

Our sites feature a large electric security gate with access restricted to authorised users via unique access codes. Each site is fully fenced and equipped with modern lighting and CCTV, monitored 24/7, 365 days a year by a secure control room.


What are the payment terms?

An upfront payment is required on the day of booking to secure your container. Payments are then taken monthly on the same date under a rolling rental agreement. Once you terminate your rental, no further charges will be taken.


Is there a discount for long-term bookings?

Yes. We offer:

1 month free when you prepay for 6 months

2 months free when you prepay for 12 months


Do I pay a deposit?

Yes, a small refundable security deposit is required. This is held for the duration of your rental and refunded in full when you vacate, provided the container is left empty, clean, and all locks and keys are returned.


Are there any restrictions on what I can store?

Yes. We do not allow flammable items, batteries, fuel, corrosive substances, chemicals, or live animals. White goods such as washing machines and fridge freezers must be fully drained before storage. Please click here (link) for the full list of prohibited items.


Can I have multiple storage units?

Yes. You can rent as many units as you need. Subject to availability, we’ll aim to keep additional units close to your main container.


Can I access my unit by van or lorry?

Our sites are suitable for Luton vans or similar vehicles. If you have a larger vehicle, please contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange suitable access. Please note that HGVs cannot enter the site and must unload outside the gates.


How do I open and close my container?

Do you offer collection or delivery services?

Yes. We can arrange a man-and-van service, full removals, or van hire. Please check [here] for more details.


What do I do with my rubbish?

For small amounts, please take it with you. For larger quantities, we offer a waste disposal service — contact the office for more information.


Can I leave my vehicle on site?

No, unattended vehicles are not permitted on our sites. However, overnight vehicle storage spaces are available to rent.


Are there any restrictions on accessing my container?

None at all. You can access your container 24/7, whenever it suits you.


Can you accept deliveries on my behalf?

Unfortunately, no — you’ll need to be present to receive deliveries. However, we do offer a parcel box that you can use for online orders.
